I would definately recommend Merit Properties to anyone who is looking to rent or buy. We have rented a duplex from them for almost 4 years and they have been absolutely wonderful! Any issue that came up was addressed promptly. Repairs on the duplex were usually done that same day, definately within two days. We are in the process of buying a new house, and they have been wonderful with the move out process since there have been a few problems and we have had to change our move out date.
